Honda Crankshaft Main Bearings (3.0L & 3.2L) - NSX, 1991-05

Honda genuine OEM crankshaft main bearings. Compatible with 3.0L and 3.2L engines. Sold each (eight bearings required per engine). Imported from Japan (bearing selection is limited / discontinued in the USA).

Color coding: the factory engine bearings are color coded to designate thickness. Black is thickest, pink thinnest. The bearing colors used when the engine assembly was assembled new is marked with codes on the crankshaft and cylinder block. Use the factory service manual (search for "NSX service manual PDF" in a web search) to determine which colors were used by the factory when the engine was new. It should be considered that bearing thickness likely needs to be adjusted on the engine when rebuilt to adjust for wear to achieve factory recommended oil clearance. Consult factory manual for the procedure.
