Please note:
In most cases, due to age, the factory original decal may be worn or removed.
In many cases, due to age, the dust boots on the housings will no longer be intact and will not be replaced.
This product is sold in two ways:
Rebuild your supplied starter: Send your starter to us, and it will be rebuilt and returned. Allow 2 weeks for processing.
Core exchange: You will receive a rebuilt unit in advance of sending in your starter for rebuild reducing the downtime of your vehicle. The core deposit is $800. You will receive a refund of $750 if your factory core is returned within 30 days of receiving the rebuilt unit (the difference covers the cost of credit card processing and purchasing cores) and the core is in rebuildable condition. Note: due to high demand and limited core availability, there may still be a lead time to ship the rebuilt starter. You will be advised of an estimated ship date once you place the order. To qualify for a refund, your supplied core must be:
A factory original Nippon Denso unit.
No cracking or significant damage to housings.
No cracking or melting of battery insulator or solenoid connector.
